Our Process

Step one is where you are now, the shopping period. Scroll our site, visit our socials and when you decide our style matches your vision (or you want to see more examples) reach out. 

Send us an email, give us a call or shoot over a text with your questions. To speed up the process  please  include the following in your initial contact :

 Locations and date - Please include city, state and a full date including the year

Package of interest or an idea on your desired budget (and details of what you would like included) if you're looking for a custom package.

Feel free to include any additional details.

This initial consultation will answer any final questions you have and we will go over all the details I'll need for our contract, review a sample contract and discuss services, style, editing preferences ect. You will receive a questionnaire at this point. Please fill this out and get it back to us as soon as possible so we can start envisioning your day. Any areas you're unsure of just mark with ******* so we know to readdress these areas at later consultations.

At this time we will review and sign our contract and collect our booking fee. This fee is 30% of your total and is non refundable. You are considered booked once your contract is signed and your fee is paid. This fee will be deducted from the total of your package.

We are happy to offer affordable payment plans with generous timelines. You'll use your personal link to access your payment portal whenever you like and payments are as simple as a click of a button. You can set up reminders or make additional payments at any time. In most cases final payment is due 30 days pre event.

During this time you will recieve little reminders and milestone markers as well as little clips with tips to help us capture your moments in their best light. We are excited to celebrate you and we want you to know we are here throughout the process. If you need us in the meantime just reach out. 

When the day finally arrives you can count on us to be professional and creative. Your team will arrive on time and be ready to capture your moments. Your photographer will offer prompts and guidance toward natural poses that showcase you and your loved ones. Our 'o crap bag' comes complete with many items that may become necessary throughout the day (think bobbypins, Tylenol, tissues, needle and thread). We are there for YOU not just the photos. This is a big day and we are honored to be a small part of that. 

You can expect to see your sneak peaks within 48 hours. Your highlight video will be delivered within 6 weeks and your photo gallery is available within 12 weeks. Generally speaking these time frames may be much shorter but I would rather under promise and over deliver so our time frames are based on peak seasons. Photos and videos are delivered digitally.
